Contributions to Marcy Kaptur Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $6,600/$10,000 from a person/multicandidate committee ("PAC") will be allocated to Kaptur for Congress, with the first $3,300/$5,000 designated for the primary, and the next $3,300/$5,000 designated for the general election. The next $10,000 from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the Ohio Democratic Party and considered designated for a federal account. The next $5,000 from a person and $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the TrueDem Leadership Fund.
