All contributions will be allocated to Victory NOW PAC, Senator Van Hollen's leadership PAC.
The first $3,300/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution to Victory NOW PAC will be considered designated to the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be considered designated to the general election.
The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
