Not Seeking Re-Election

Note: As Congresswoman Kuster has announced her retirement from the US House, we are no longer accepting contributions for her campaign.

Annie Kuster has represented Western and northern New Hampshire since 2013. She chairs the New Democrat Coalition, one of the largest ideological caucuses in the House.

Kuster has stated that her number one priority in Congress is to “reach across party lines to end the gridlock and dysfunction in Washington.” She has a record of putting aside party politics to deliver for Granite Staters, prioritizing job creation and economic opportunity, as well as support for New Hampshire’s veterans, seniors and families.

Kuster serves on the House Committee on Energy.

Kuster is a consistent champion of J Street’s values and priorities in Congress.

She was an original co-sponsor of H.R. 5344, the Two State Solution Act — a milestone peice of legislation which presented various mechanisms for bringing about an eventual peace. In June 2022, Kuster signed onto the Price-Lee-Wexton-Castro letter which pushed back against “flashpoints” in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, including settlement expansion, annexation and incitement to violence against Israelis and Palestinians.

Kuster supported President Obama's Iran deal, which verifiably blocked Iran's path to nuclear weapons, and publicly criticized President Trump’s decision to withdraw from the agreement.
