Contributions to Baccam Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,300 of a contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Baccam for Iowa for the General Election, and any remaining funds up to $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Iowa Democratic Party.
Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by contacting [email protected]. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
