Jake Levine is a climate attorney and former member of President Biden’s National Security Council running for California’s 32nd Congressional District.
He served as Chief Climate Officer at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation and previously worked in the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change, later serving as Senior Counsel to California State Senator Fran Pavley. After losing his childhood home in the 2025 wildfires, Levine founded the fire recovery nonprofit Department of Angels. He holds a B.A. from Harvard College and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
