Congressman Kevin Mullin represents California’s 15th District, encompassing most of the San Francisco Peninsula region including the city of South San Francisco. He was first elected in 2022, succeeding his former boss and J Street Champion Rep. Jackie Speier.
Rep. Mullin is a lifelong resident of the district and its surrounding area. Prior to his service in Congress, he founded a multimedia production company, served on the South San Francisco City Council, including a term as mayor, and served in the California State Assembly for ten years, the last eight of which were spent as Speaker Pro Tempore of the body. In Congress, Rep. Mullin has been strongly aligned with J Street values and has shown true partnership on our issue.
