Nathan Sage, a Marine and Army veteran, is running for Iowa's open Senate seat.
After returning from three tours of duty during the Iraq war, Sage used his G.I. benefits to earn a journalism degree from Kansas State University, where he worked nights as a screen printer to support his family. After completing his degree, Nathan moved back to Iowa, where he served as News Director and Sports Director for two radio stations.
Since 2023, Sage has served as the executive director of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce.
