Former Portsmouth city councilor Stefany Shaheen is running for New Hampshire’s 1st Congressional District.
Shaheen currently serves as chief strategy officer for ARMI, a biotech initiative advancing regenerative medicine. She also co-founded Good Measures, a small business focused on connecting people with chronic conditions to clinical and decision-making support.
In 2014, Shaheen was elected to the Portsmouth City Council, where she served until 2016. Appointed by Governor John Lynch, she also chaired New Hampshire's Commission on the Status of Women.
