J Street Philadelphia invites you to join us in support of Congresswoman Madeleine Dean on March 19 at the home of Mary and Howard Hurtig.

Rep. Dean is newly appointed to the House Foreign Affairs Committee. This will be a great opportunity to hear from her directly about her views on the region and the factors that will be impacting Congressional dynamics on the Israeli-Palestinian issue.

Giving Levels
Chair: $2,900 | Host: $1,000 | Co-Host: $500
Sponsor: $250 | Supporter: $100

Please contact Bradley Freericks at [email protected] with any questions.

Rep. Dean has supported many of J Street’s priorities in the last Congress. In June of 2021, Dean signed Congressman Jamie Raskin’s letter urging Senator Jim Risch to stop blocking millions of dollars in humanitarian aid for Palestinians. Dean also signed onto the bicameral Merkley-Stansbury letter calling on the Biden Administration to push back against the proposed demolitions in the West Bank village of Masafer Yatta and the Price-Lee-Wexton-Castro letter which pushed back against “flashpoints” in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, including settlement expansion, annexation and incitement to violence against Israelis and Palestinians.
