Working-class champion Sherrod Brown is running against GOP incumbent Jon Husted for U.S. Senate.

A strong pro-union, pro-worker Democrat, Brown often repeats Martin Luther King’s mantra of protecting the “dignity of work” on the campaign trail and on the Senate floor. “Every day in this office, I fight for that sense from Dr. King of how an adequately paid job and the dignity of work make our democratic project meaningful,” he told one interviewer.

Senator Brown espouses a progressive, diplomacy-first approach on American foreign policy. He voted against the Iraq War, has sharply criticized US support for Saudi Arabia’s military intervention in Yemen, and blasted President Trump for his withdrawal from President Obama’s Iran deal, which verifiably blocked Iran’s path to nuclear weapons.

Senator Brown was one of the strongest champions in the Senate, strongly aligned with our pro-Israel, pro-peace, pro-democracy values. We’re excited to support him in one of the country’s most important races.
