Dr. Pan is a pediatrician, UC Davis educator and former state senator running to unseat Congressman Kevin Kiley in California’s 6th Congressional District. Dr. Pan served in the California State Assembly from 2010 to 2014 and in the State Senate from 2014 to 2022. In 2015, Time Magazine named him a “Public Health Hero” for authoring California’s school vaccination laws.
Dr. Pan shares J Street’s pro-Israel, pro-peace and pro-democracy values, and in Congress, he will fight back against Trump and RFK Jr.’s dangerous policies and rhetoric.
