J Street National Board member Alexandra Stanton is thrilled to invite JStreetPAC members and supporters to an evening reception at her home with Congresswoman Katherine Clark on Thursday, October 26 at 6pm.
Rep. Clark was elected earlier this year to serve as the House Democratic Whip. She is the second highest ranking Democrat, and the highest ranking woman in Congress.
Clark has been a strong advocate for J Street’s priorities during her time in the House. She was a vocal supporter of the Iran deal, one of several dozen lawmakers who declined to attend Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress in 2015, in which he sought to undermine the deal, and she’s spoken out forcefully against settlement expansion and unilateral annexation.
We need Rep. Clark’s continued leadership in Congress, and she needs our support to win re-election alongside pro-Israel, pro-peace, pro-democracy champions across the country.
