Our DC reception will host three J Street champions whose victories in 2024 will be crucial to maintaining and expanding our Senate majority: Senator Martin Heinrich of New Mexico, Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia and Congressman Colin Allred, who is challenging Senator Ted Cruz of Texas.
All three leaders have proven themselves to be true allies of J Street – standing up for our shared pro-Israel, pro-peace, pro-democracy values.
New Mexico and Virginia are perennial purple states, with Texas ranked as the biggest flip opportunity this cycle – this will be a great opportunity to meet and support three key leaders, and get their thinking on the dynamics within the Senate as the Netanyahu government continues to threaten the shared values upon which the US-Israel relationship is grounded.
