Rep. Garcia is a cosponsor of H.R. 473, which calls for the urgent delivery of humanitarian aid to civilians in Gaza. Both Reps. Garcia and Kamlager-Dove cosponsored the West Bank Violence Prevention Act and signed a May 2025 letter led by Reps. Carbajal and Bera urging the Netanyahu government to end its “morally wrong” and “strategically counterproductive” blockade of food, shelter, medicine and other humanitarian supplies entering Gaza. Rep. Kamlager-Dove serves on the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, where she helps shape U.S. engagement on critical global issues. Rep. Garcia is the Ranking Member of the House Oversight Committee.
