Please join J Street for a reception supporting Senator Amy Klobuchar’s re-election.
The first woman to serve as Minnesota’s senator, Klobuchar shot to national attention for her strong debate performance and folksy midwestern charm in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary campaign. She is known for her strong commitment to mainstream Democratic values while maintaining a reputation for bipartisan cooperation.
Both major parties are putting a ton of effort into securing the Senate majority, in what’s shaping up to be an incredibly tough year for the pro-democracy movement. While Sen. Klobuchar’s race is relatively safe, donating to her campaign is still crucial for her re-election and maintaining a pro-Israel, pro-peace, pro-democracy majority in the Senate.
