Congressman Raskin has been one of J Street’s strongest champions in Congress, boldly representing our pro-peace values. He’s a strong defender of democracy and one of Congress’s most respected voices on constitutional norms, having previously taught constitutional law at American University and served as editor of the Harvard Law Review.
Raskin has signed onto and led numerous letters and pieces of legislation supported by J Street, including H. Res. 907, which condemned the rise of Antisemitism in the US and supported the National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism.
