Alex Bores is a New York State Assemblyman running for the open seat in the 12th Congressional District.
Before his election to the State Assembly in 2022, Bores built a career in data science. His work included assisting the Department of Justice and two Manhattan District attorneys to solve violent crimes in New York City, and building software for local governments’ COVID relief programs that helped 50,000 families keep their homes warm and their water running.
Bores holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and received his Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
