Jon Tester is a third-generation Montana dirt farmer who brings his Montana values with him to the U.S. Senate. Jon and his wife, Sharla, still farm the same land just outside of Big Sandy that his grandparents homesteaded over 100 years ago. Sen. Tester supports a two-state solution and recently filed a Senate amendment affirming this.
He also strongly supported the JCPOA in order to curb Iran’s nuclear ambitions and keep our allies and the entire Middle East safe. He believes in the need for negotiations aimed at recreating something like the JCPOA as the best path forward to address Iran’s nuclear ambition.
