Contributions to Mendoza Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,500 of each contribution from a person other than a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Mendoza for Congress and considered designated for the primary election. The next $3,500 of each contribution from a person other than a multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Mendoza for Congress and considered designated for the general election. The first $5,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Mendoza for Congress and considered designated for the primary election. The next $5,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Mendoza for Congress and considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person other than a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Arizona Democratic Party.
