Contributions to Josh Turek Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,500/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Josh Turek for Iowa and designated for the general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to the Iowa Democratic Party. The next $44,300 of each contribution from a person and $15,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC and designated for the DSCC’s general fund. The next $265,800 from a person and $90,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC and designated for the DSCC’s headquarters fund or voter protection/legal defense fund up to the legal limits.
