Analilia Mejia is a progressive organizer running to represent New Jersey’s 11th Congressional District.
Mejia began her career as a union organizer and went on to lead efforts to secure a $15 minimum wage and paid sick leave as director of the New Jersey Working Families Alliance.
She later served as National Political Director for Senator Bernie Sanders’ 2020 presidential campaign and worked at the United States Department of Labor under President Joe Biden. She also served as the Co-Executive Director of Popular Democracy, supporting grassroots organizations across the country.
