Brad Lander, the outgoing New York City Comptroller, is running for New York’s 10th Congressional District.
Prior to being elected comptroller in 2021, Lander spent 12 years on the City Council, where he co-founded the Council’s Progressive Caucus. He also previously served as the director of the Fifth Avenue Committee and the Pratt Center for Community Development.
Lander is also the co-founder of Local Progress, a network of over 1,500 progressive local elected officials across the country.
