Contributions to Von Wilpert Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
For contributions from multicandidate PACs, the first $5,000 will be allocated to Marni von Wilpert for Congress for the general election. The next $5,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the California Democratic Party federal account. For contributions from individuals and other federally permissible persons, the first $3,500 will be allocated to Marni von Wilpert for Congress for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the California Democratic Party federal account.
