The Cooper Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee between Cooper for North Carolina, the DSCC, and the North Carolina Democratic Party.
Contribution breakdown as follows:
The first $7,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Cooper for North Carolina. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to North Carolina Democratic Party – Federal. The next $44,300 of a contribution from a person and the next $15,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC General Fund. The next $132,900 from a person and the next $45,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC Headquarters Fund. The next $132,900 from a person and the next $45,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC Legal Fund.
