Contributions to Bob Brooks Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The First $3,500.00/$5,000.00 received from each individual/multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Bob Brooks for Congress 2026 General Election. The next $5,000.00 received from each individual or person other than a multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Pennsylvania.
