Contributions to the Chris Pappas Victory Fund are allocated as follows:
The first $3,500 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Chris Pappas for Senate for use in the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to New Hampshire Democratic Party. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the New Hampshire Democratic Party’s non-federal account. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to Putting New Hampshire First.
